Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of their order at any time before the order has been dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

If you wish to cancel an order before dispatch, please contact us as soon as possible at support@popnova.store with your order number and cancellation request.

If the cancellation is approved before dispatch, any eligible prepaid amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
